This is where the "mingle" comes in. Instead of just serving drinks, your bartender teaches your guests to make a few featured cocktails themselves — shaking, muddling, garnishing, and tasting as they go. It's part bar service, part entertainment, and it tends to be the thing guests talk about after the party.
